Mott Haven

Overview: Hal (Robert Davi), a former radio mogul who has fallen on hard times, enlists the aid of a beleaguered businessman (Paul Wilson) to battle a thuggish superintendent (Chuck Zito) and the forces of gentrification in the South Bronx.
